Allowing Us to Offer Timely Care While Respecting the Time of Our Patients & Clinical Team
We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to change or cancel an appointment. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another patient.
No-shows and appointments cancelled less than 24 hours may be subject to an administration fee.
If you arrive late and we are unable to complete your appointment without affecting the next patient, your appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge. This helps us run smoothly and provide timely care for everyone.
We also recognize that unavoidable circumstances can occur and special consideration may be given when needed.
